This custom designed home was a special project as it was created for a returning client that was looking to reduce square footage from the previous home design by removing the basement. This over 5000sqft footprint is all mostly designed with a 5'-0" crawl space to allow for ample space for utilities and storage, while reducing the overall floor area. This country luxe estate is a show stopper with the stone fireplace enhancing the front facade, and allowing for a stunning focal point in the primary bedroom.
