Fill out our contact form below with the model you like and any questions/customizations you would like to make. A Jasper team member will reach out to you to confirm your details and answer any questions.
Jasper will send you a quote with the cost for the full construction drawings with or without customizations, and will include the cost for full printed sets, a pdf copy, or both. Please note that a site plan may be required to ensure this design fits on your property and meets zoning requirements.
Once the quote is confirmed, Jasper will either get started customizing the plans, or will prepare and send you the full construction drawings as requested. The construction drawings will be a full permit ready set that can be used to construct anywhere in Ontario, with BCIN stamp and designer Schedule 1 included.
With your construction drawings, you can now submit the plans to the town for permit. Once permit is received, it is time to start construction!
